... I married an exquisite man after exactly four years and nine months of dating.
... we joked around as we set up our own reception with our best friends and close family.
... both of my parents walked me down the aisle, and my big sister/best friend stood beside me.
... I was the bride in the shortest yet most heartfelt ceremony there ever was.
... we were embraced in love by many, near and far.
... the room lit up when we stood for our First Dance, and instead, we heard Mr. TBS's voice singing through the speakers. (BEST SURPRISE EVER. Anyone would have expected me to sing, but it meant so much for him to do it! And he wow-ed us all!)
... a margarita was spilled on my dress, and I was too happy to care.
... we threw a really kick-ass party.
We have learned a lot over the last year. We moved to a new state. We created a cleaner lifestyle. We lost our first adopted little one. We made a lot of tough (and sometimes exciting) decisions. We had a lot of fun.
Dear Mr. TBS,
Just as I'm sure we did in our last lifetime and as we will in our next, I'm enjoying this epic adventure with you. How lucky I am to be your wife and partner! I love you! Cheers to us!
