Imagination

I think there's a lot to be said for imagination.  No, not just playing "house" when you're in kindergarten.  Really using imagination to create.  I was completely enchanted by Oren Lavie's "Her Morning Elegance" music video the first time I saw it two years ago -- and every time after that.

Is anyone else in love with it?  It's the art of breathing life into every day things.  And how lovely to see a music video that doesn't involve bumping, grinding, deep sea diving in someone else's throat, or three minutes of slow-mo walking.  :-P  Someone posted a baby-inspired version on Pinterest which is just plain dangerous, because I get all goo-goo-ga-ga for babies.

Imagination is refreshing.  Go out and get some to keep it in your pocket.  It's a good thing to have.
